Reserve This PackageRental Process and Policies
Collection and Return
Equipment can be collected from our facility or delivered to your starting location for an additional fee. We recommend collection at least one day before your journey to allow time for fitting adjustments and equipment familiarization.
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of your rental period end date. Late returns incur additional daily charges at the standard weekly rate divided by seven.
Fitting and Consultation
Every rental includes a comprehensive fitting session. For packages including boots, we conduct detailed foot measurements and gait analysis to ensure proper fit. Backpack fitting involves torso measurement and load adjustment testing.
We provide detailed instructions for all equipment and can arrange additional training sessions for technical gear included in mountain packages.
Damage and Insurance
Normal wear from appropriate use is expected and included in rental pricing. Damage from misuse or negligence will be charged based on repair or replacement costs.
We offer optional damage waiver coverage that limits your liability to £50 regardless of damage extent. This costs an additional 15% of the rental price.
Equipment Support During Your Journey
Our team provides support throughout your rental period. If equipment fails or proves unsuitable during your journey, contact us for assistance. Where possible, we'll arrange replacement equipment delivery or provide solutions for field repairs.
