Rental Period

The rental period begins on the agreed collection or delivery date and ends on the agreed return date. Equipment must be returned by the specified time on the return date. Late returns will incur additional charges calculated as the weekly rental rate divided by seven per day.

Equipment Condition and Use

All equipment is provided in good working condition. You agree to:

Inspect equipment upon collection and report any issues immediately
Use equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with provided instructions
Maintain equipment in good condition during the rental period
Follow all manufacturer guidelines and safety recommendations
Not sublet, lend, or otherwise transfer equipment to third parties
Return equipment in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear

Damage and Loss

You are responsible for equipment during the rental period. Normal wear from appropriate use is acceptable. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions will be charged at repair or replacement cost.

In case of equipment loss or theft, you must immediately notify us and provide a police report within 48 hours. Full replacement value will be charged for lost or stolen equipment.

Optional damage waiver coverage is available, limiting your liability to the specified excess amount regardless of damage extent.

Payment Terms

Payment or deposit is required upon reservation confirmation. The balance, if any, is due before equipment collection or delivery. We accept payment methods as specified during the booking process. Failure to pay may result in rental cancellation without refund of deposits.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 14 days before rental start: Full refund minus administrative fee
Cancellations 7-14 days before rental start: 50% refund
Cancellations less than 7 days before rental start: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel rentals due to equipment unavailability, in which case full refunds will be provided.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information in all communications and forms
Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the website or services

Safety and Assumption of Risk

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By renting equipment from us, you acknowledge that:

Outdoor activities can be dangerous and carry risk of injury or death
You are physically and mentally capable of safely using the rented equipment
You have received or will seek appropriate training for activities requiring specialized skills
You will exercise reasonable care and judgment when using equipment
You assume all risks associated with your outdoor activities

We provide equipment rental services only. We do not provide instruction, guide services, or supervision of your activities unless explicitly agreed in a separate arrangement.

Disclaimer of Warranties
